About Cathleen Venettozzi

I enjoyed working in the corporate world as a marketing manager for investment, banking and technology firms for over 20 years.  Then my high school sweetheart, Vic,  found me on the internet and after a storybook romance we married.   I was able to start my own business and  I began my real estate career in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with Howard Hanna Realty.

I moved to Holly Springs, North Carolina in 2005 and live in Sunset Ridge. I have relocated my family several times and understand the challenges involved in moving across the country, or simply across town.

Active in my community I am involved with the Holly Springs Chamber of Commerce, on the Board for the Sunset Ridge Home Owners Association, President of the Women's Guild at St. Bernadettes Catholic Church, member of the Devil's Ridge Ladies Golf Association, and Holly Springs High School Athletic Booster Club and School PTA.

I specialize in the areas that I know best... generally Holly Springs and SouthWestern Wake County. However, my strong referral network keeps me showing homes all over the Triangle.

I use all the latest-greatest technological tools to give my clients an edge through technology.

I am easily available Monday - Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, via cell phone or e-mail.  Weekends by appointment.  But go ahead and call me anytime!
